This is the first project for the lesson VA 204 Language of Drawing 2. In this project all of us tried to reflect our dreams to the painting. We worked for approximately 5 weeks and used soft pastels. In my dream I saw the death of a person I love and tried to show the mourning scene in my work.I mostly used contrast between colors to give that “dark” sense of death.I really like the dramatic effect of light and shadow so tried to use as much as I can.
